David Strubbe

David Strubbe has extensive experience in public safety and information security, currently serving as a Reserve Police Officer for the Town of Waxhaw, NC, since September 2016, and as VP Tech Manager at Bank of America since October 2015, focusing on incident management and cyber security. Previously, David functioned as a Reserve Police Officer with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and held various roles in cybersecurity and IT security at TIAA-CREF, Novant Health, Gaston County Government, MobileHWY, LLC, and Charles Schwab. David's educational background includes an MBA in Information Security from UNC Charlotte and a BS in Applied Math with a Computer Science minor from The University of Akron.
