Matthew Faulkenberry

Matthew Faulkenberry has extensive experience in technology and network operations, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Technology at the Town of Waxhaw NC since November 2014. Previously, Matthew held the position of Technology Systems Manager and worked at Mood Media from February 2007 to June 2013, where management of database and content servers for global music and messaging delivery was a primary responsibility. Earlier roles included Help Desk Analyst at Spirit Telecom, providing support for internet and email issues, and Field Technician at Intellimark, where Matthew installed and configured routers for Bank of America ATMs. Matthew earned an Associate degree in Engineering Technology with a focus on Computer Engineering from York Technical College between 2000 and 2003.
