Adell Pickens

Adell Pickens, MBA, currently serves as the Strategic Account Manager at CSA Group and is also the Owner of Waxing The City since July 2023. In addition, Adell is the Founder of 29Logic LLC, a private equity and holding company established in September 2017. Adell's previous experience includes various roles at UL Solutions from May 2012 to May 2024, culminating as a Global Account Manager, and earlier positions as a Regional Sales Executive at SGS and Regional Account Manager at Intertek. Adell also held the position of Director of Business Development at FranPlanet, LLC from March 2009 to November 2009. Adell earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business and a B.S. in Business Management from Hampton University.
