Tamekia McNairy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both technology and entrepreneurship. As the co-founder of Manage From Behind since January 2025, Tamekia focuses on providing business management solutions, executive coaching, and hands-on consulting services to enhance operational efficiencies for various organizations. Transitioning from a two-decade career in the technology sector to entrepreneurship, Tamekia currently serves as a multi-unit franchise owner for Waxing The City, leveraging a strong background in digital transformation and team leadership. Previous roles include Associate Director of Technology and several leadership positions at Accenture, as well as a Business Analyst at Hewlett-Packard. Tamekia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Project Management from Colorado Technical University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
