Dionne Wisdom

Dionne Wisdom is an experienced social worker and advocate with a diverse background in benefits eligibility, residential support, and domestic violence advocacy. Currently serving as a Benefits Eligibility and Referral Social Worker A/B for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since July 2017 and as a Residential Advocate at Way Finders since August 2020, Dionne has also contributed as a Domestic Violence Advocate at Safe Passage from 2021 to 2023. Previous roles include Direct Service Advocate and Intake Worker at the YWCA of Western Massachusetts from 2015 to 2018, Relationship Manager at Volt Consulting Group from 2016 to 2017, and Claim Examiner at MassMutual from 2013 to 2016. Dionne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed in 2012, and attended Western New England University from 2008 to 2010.
