Reynold C. Busch III has a strong background in the refrigeration and HVAC industry. Reynold C. began their career in 1994 as a commercial refrigeration mechanic at Tri-Temp Refrigeration, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2004, they served as an HVAC/R mechanic at Way Service Ltd. Reynold C. then joined Industrial Refrigeration Systems in 2004, working as an industrial refrigeration mechanic until 2008. Following that, they returned to Way Service Ltd. as a process refrigeration mechanic and later as a technical service specialist, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined Way Companies as the Service Quality Director, a role they currently hold.
Reynold C. Busch III has completed the following education programs:
- RETA I, RETA II, CIRO- Certified industrial Refrigeration Operator, COSS- Certified occupational safety training.
- HVAC-R degree from ITT (1993-1994) in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician.
