Lance Moylan

Lance Moylan is the current Head of Finance at Way To Blue. Lance has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Lance started their career as a Trainee Accountant with BDO in Australia. Lance then moved to PwC, where they worked as an Accountant/Auditor for three years. In 2001, they joined Hudson as a Business Analyst. In 2005, they moved to Lion Co, where they worked as a Commercial / Sales Planning & Reporting Analyst for three years. In 2008, they joined Bupa as a Finance Manager for Europe and North America. In 2013, they joined dentsu international as a Finance Manager for their IT Transformation Programme (Contract). In 2014, they rejoined MSLGROUP as their Financial Controller for London. In 2016, they were promoted to Finance Director for MSL London. Lance has been with Way To Blue since 2018.

Lance Moylan is a Certified Public Accountant who has also attained reciprocal membership through CIMA Australia. Lance has also completed a postgraduate certificate in marketing from the University of Technology Sydney. Lance completed their undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney. Finally, they are also a member of CIMA UK.

Lance Moylan reports to Daniel Heale, Global CEO & President. They are on a team with Monica Sardina - Managing Director, Spain, Cat Cantil - VP Clients & Strategy, US, and Neil Kleiner - Managing Director, UK.
