Francois Smit

Francois Smit has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Francois is currently serving as the Head of Technology at Way With Words since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Fox and Wolf Creative from April 2017 to December 2020. Francois also held the position of Partner at SuperLarge Digital Creative from October 2015 to March 2017. Before that, they worked as a Web Developer at Sherpa Business Communications from April 2014 to September 2014 and at Arcadia Home Shopping from April 2013 to March 2014. Francois also served as the Managing Director at Pixel Fuel from July 2011 to March 2013 and as the Owner of Breathe Fire Media from April 2009 to June 2011. Their earlier work experience includes serving as a Software Developer at Debron Recruitment Consultants from March 2006 to March 2009.

Francois Smit attended CTI Durbanville from 2005 to 2006. During this time, they studied Information Systems Software Development. Prior to their time at CTI Durbanville, they completed their high school education at Vredendal High School from 2000 to 2004. Francois Smit has obtained an additional certification in ISO 27001:2013 Requirements from BSI in January 2022.
