Tom Holgate is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the auto finance and insurance sectors. Currently, Tom holds the position of Executive Vice President - Auto Finance & Insurance at Way.com, where Tom contributes to the company’s mission as the #1 Car Super App, helping customers save on auto-related expenses. As the CEO and Founder of Lending Consultants LLC, Tom focuses on delivering solutions for small to mid-sized auto lenders. Previously, Tom served as CEO of iLending, driving significant growth and profitability for the company. Tom has held various executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer at BFS Capital and SAFCo - Southern Auto Finance Company, where Tom demonstrated a strong ability to streamline operations and enhance financial performance. Tom's career began at Wells Fargo, where Tom managed large teams and budgets while implementing effective operational strategies. Tom holds an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BA in Business Administration from Augustana College.
