Pâmela Rugoni

Pâmela Rugoni is a technical reference in the energy market with extensive experience in product management and innovation, currently serving as Especialista em Energia e Inovação at Way2 Technology since January 2022. Pâmela's role encompasses overseeing the Integrated Measurement Platform (PIM) and leading projects in research, development, and innovation. Prior positions include Head de Produto at Eloé Energy, managing the full lifecycle of product development, and leading digital product teams at Fundação CERTI as both Scrum Master and Product Owner. Pâmela's background includes roles focused on business development and technological innovation in the field of energy at CIBiogás, along with earlier research and analysis roles at Itaipu Binacional and ROBUSTA Engenharia. Pâmela holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná.
