David Assia

David Assia has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their founding of Magic Software Enterprises in 1986. David then went on to become the Owner of NADYR Investments in 2007, Director of YEDA R&D- TEC. TRANSFER-THE WEIZMANN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE in 2008, and Director of the Board of Governors for Weizmann Institute of Science in 2005. In 2012, they became Director of DBmaestro and a Board of Governors for Tel Aviv University. In 2013, they were appointed Chairman of iAngels and Director of the First International Bank of Israel. Most recently, they have been a Director for both WAY2VAT and Become (formerly Lending Express) since 2018.

David Assia attended Tel Aviv University from 1970 to 1973, where they obtained a BA in Economics & Statistics. David then returned to Tel Aviv University from 1974 to 1976, where they obtained their MBA.
