Dorcas Njuguna

Dorcas Njuguna is an Executive Assistant & Project Manager at Wayapay. Dorcas has over 6 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector in various capacities. Dorcas has a passion for youth development and community engagement.

Dorcas started their career as a Field Facilitator with NCBA CLUSA International, where they worked for two years. Dorcas then transitioned to RTI International, where they worked as a Training Consultant (Field Facilitator) for nearly two years. In January 2019, Dorcas joined Optimizer Foundation as an Impact Investment Research Assistant. Dorcas remained in this role until June 2019, when they joined Wayapay as an Executive Assistant to the Cofounders.

Dorcas Njuguna has a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Community Development from Daystar University.
