Luis Fernando Marques has extensive experience in business development and sustainability, currently serving as a Business Development Pleno at WayCarbon since February 2021, after progressing through roles as Business Development Jr. and Analista de Sustentabilidade I. As a co-founder of Sustentabilizando Podcast, Luis promotes sustainability-related topics to help individuals implement sustainable practices in everyday life. Earlier, Luis volunteered with Global Shapers - Belo Horizonte, contributing to community development initiatives. Previous roles include working as a Corporate Sustainability Intern at FDC, where Luis supported the establishment of Brazil's first Intrapreneurship Center, and performing analytical tasks related to lubricants and fuels at ALS Tribology Brasil. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Sales Management from USP/Esalq, expected in December 2024, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from PUC Minas, completed in December 2020.
