Benoit DURAND-TISNÈS

Benoit DURAND-TISNÈS has extensive experience in executive management and consulting roles. Benoit is currently the President of WAYDEN - Management de transition, a prominent company in the French interim executive management field. Since 2008, they have been leading the company in providing high-quality interim executives and managers to help organizations in critical moments.

In addition to their role at WAYDEN, Benoit is also the President of FRANCE TRANSITION, starting in 2022, and has been a Board Member since 2016.

Prior to their current positions, they served as the Chief Operational Officer (Ad.Interim) at AFD Tech from 2011 to 2012, and as the Managing Director (Ad.Interim) at IN FINE Consulting from 2008 to 2010.

Benoit's earlier experience includes various senior roles at ALTEN, where they were the Telecom Division Director from 2006 to 2007, International Development Director in 2005, Managing Director from 2002 to 2004, and Business Manager from 1998 to 2001.

Benoit DURAND-TISNÈS attended ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in International Business from ISG International Business School. Prior to that, they studied at Lycee International de St. Germain-en-Laye from 1988 to 1990, where they completed Prepa HEC.
