David Roth

David Roth is an experienced compensation and benefits leader with a diverse background in human resources and management. At Wayfair from July 2021 to December 2023, David held multiple leadership roles, including Global Benefits Leader and North America Benefits Leader, as well as Retail and Service Compensation Leader. Prior to that, David served as Director of Compensation at Ensemble Health Partners from October 2019 to July 2021. David's tenure at Macy's spanned from September 2011 to October 2019, during which time David progressed from Compensation Analyst to Senior Compensation Manager and ultimately Director of Central Compensation. Earlier experience includes a role as HR Supervisor at Jarden Corporation and Employment, Training & Staffing Supervisor at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. Academic credentials include a BS in Hospitality Management/Business from Cornell University and an MA in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati.
