Dr. Zachary D. Kostusyk serves as the Head of Global Sales & Service Leadership Development and Coaching at Wayfair since March 2018, also holding the title of Global Leadership Development Program Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Engineering Project Manager for the Army National Guard from September 2012 to February 2020, Store Manager at Dollar Tree Stores from February 2017 to February 2018, Operations Manager at Goodwill Industries of Northern New England from June 2014 to August 2017, and Front of House Lead at Sam's Club from April 2012 to July 2014. Dr. Kostusyk earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Liberty University, and a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive/Biological Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from the University of Maine.
