Jason Chen is an Associate Director of Operations Research at Wayfair since September 2019, focusing on enhancing supply chain efficiency for a leading online home goods retailer. Prior to this, Jason served at SAS for over thirteen years in various roles including Senior Manager of Operations Research and Principal Consulting Operations Research Specialist, where responsibilities included the development of customized optimization solutions across diverse sectors. Jason also contributed to the hospitality industry by creating a leading revenue management system and has experience leading an analytical consulting team for retail pricing solutions. Jason holds a PhD in Operations Research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as an M.S. and B.S. in Operations Research and Mathematics, respectively, from Tsinghua University.
