Jay Kristoff

Jay Kristoff is currently the WITS Senior Manager for the United States at Wayfair, where they focus on leadership and team development. Previously, Jay held roles such as Computer Operations Manager at Hospice of Savannah and Information Technology Manager at Sea Pines Resorts, overseeing IT infrastructure and operations. They also served as Director of Information Technology at Weiner, Shearouse, Weitz, Greenberg & Shawe, LLP, where they established the firm's IT framework. Jay studied Management Information Systems at the University of Richmond.
