John Sullivan

John Sullivan is an experienced professional in workforce management, currently serving as the Global Associate Director of Workforce Management at Wayfair since June 2019. Prior to this role, John held positions including Head of Workforce Optimisation at United Utilities and Global Head of WFMA at Amazon EU Sarl. With a foundation in operations planning and performance management gained at Vertex Data Science, John's career began at Dell as EMEA Head of WFM. Educationally, John holds an MBA in Business Administration and an MSc in Transport Planning & Engineering, both from The University of Salford.
