Kevin Brown, CPCU, has extensive experience in customer experience and operational strategy, currently serving as the Head of Canada and US Spanish Customer Service at Wayfair since December 2017. In this role, Kevin manages the entire customer journey, fostering collaboration with the CEO of Wayfair Canada. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University, along with a minor in International Business from the University of Delaware.
