Kristina Orsini-Platzer

Kristina Orsini-Platzer possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and sales management, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Customer Service and Sales at Wayfair since October 2019, where leadership of recruitment teams aims to scale the organization. Prior to Wayfair, Kristina held multiple leadership roles at EF Education First between August 2005 and October 2019, including Director of Recruitment & Employee Development for the Cultural Care Au Pair division and Director of Sales for College Study Tours. Earlier career experiences include positions at Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Kristina holds a BA in Art History and French from Hamilton College, and additional education from Ecole Du Louvre and the American School of The Hague, where an International Baccalaureate Diploma was earned.
