Madison McDermott

Madison McDermott is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Sustainability Associate at Wayfair since January 2024. Previously, Madison held roles as a Student Leader and Peer Mentor at Northeastern University from August 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included facilitating curriculum and mentoring fellow students. Madison gained valuable experience at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Social Impact Marketing Co-op from July 2022 to February 2023, managing marketing strategies and driving external media presence for social impact initiatives. Additionally, Madison coordinated the Green New Deal Cities Resource Hub at the Global Center for Climate Justice in 2021, focusing on communication strategies and project management.
