Matthew Lesniak

Matthew Lesniak currently serves as the Global Head of Finance and Accounting at Wayfair, a position held since September 2019. Prior to this role, Lesniak was the Vice President and General Manager of a business unit at Sensata Technologies from May 2016 to June 2019. Earlier in the career, Lesniak worked at Bain Capital as a Vice President in the Portfolio Group from January 2009 to May 2016 and held a consulting position at The Boston Consulting Group from July 2005 to June 2008. Matthew Lesniak earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University in 2005.
