Navya Gupta

Navya Gupta is a Product Merchandising Associate at Wayfair since August 2023, focusing on customer-led merchandising strategies to enhance shopping experiences and drive sales in the mattresses and utility bedding categories. Previously, Navya served as a Teaching Assistant at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, where responsibilities included mentoring and guiding students. Navya also held multiple roles at UMass Amherst, including Marketing Strategist at UMass AdLab and Content Writer for Navya's Campus Media. Significant contributions include leading diversity initiatives within the Isenberg Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Student Council and executing virtual networking events for the Isenberg Marketing Club. Navya's educational background includes dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Marketing and Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
