Santosh Jhingade

Santosh Jhingade is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Wayfair since October 2021. In this role, Santosh is responsible for the development of Machine Learning Services and Batch pipelines within the Catalog Data Science Engineering team. Key achievements include managing three teams focused on model development for Product Attribute Generation, Similarity, and Matching, effectively supporting a catalog of 28 million Wayfair products and 2 billion competitor products. Prior to Wayfair, Santosh held senior positions at Albertsons, Macy's, Apple, and several companies including Accenture, Beachbody, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, Telenor, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Sasken Network Engineering Ltd., contributing to a range of projects from e-commerce development to telecommunications. Santosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
