Shoby Jose

Shoby Jose is the Head of Global Revenue Operations at Wayfair, where they also serve as Head of Sales and Service for CastleGate Forwarding in Europe. Prior to this role, Shoby held various positions including Customer Engagement & Technology Head at A.P. Moller - Maersk and Operational Transformation Site Lead at Damco. They began their career as a Manager of Operations at Tata Steel before working as a Consultant and Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Shoby holds a Bachelor of Technology in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and completed an Executive Course in Leveraging FinTech at the Indian School of Business.
