Sushila Bhambhani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager in Supply Chain Data Engineering at Wayfair, Sushila focuses on developing strategies for enhancing data quality and operational efficiency within the supply chain. Previously, Sushila held roles such as Distinguished Product Manager at Zume Inc. and Sr. Director of Engineering and Program Management at HB Software Solutions. Sushila also founded the non-profit meet&bond, aimed at fostering inter-generational emotional support.
