Vaibhav Aggarwal is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading and developing innovative software solutions. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Wayfair since September 2025, Vaibhav previously held key positions at MakeMyTrip, progressing from Senior Software Engineer 2 to Principal Software Engineer. Prior to that, Vaibhav contributed as a Software Developer at BookMyShow and worked as a Software Engineer at Lifion by ADP. Beginning a career at CustomFurnish.com, Vaibhav focused on projects aimed at reducing human effort in room and kitchen design while implementing algorithms for 3D object design and performance optimization. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, and completed education at Delhi Public School - Meerut.
