Zahra M. has a Master of Science in Telecommunication Systems Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from SRM University. Currently employed at Wayfair as an Engineering Manager in Observability Platforms, they manage a global site reliability engineering team and work on building and executing company-wide standards for observability. Prior to Wayfair, at MedTouch, they worked as an Information Technology co-op, handling networking infrastructure, servers, workstations, and Active Directory maintenance.
