Abhishek Vaidyanathan

Abhishek Vaidyanathan serves as the General Counsel at NEAR Foundation since February 2023, practicing through Abhishek Vaidyanathan Legal Professional Corporation. Abhishek is also a DeputyGC Member at TechGC, an exclusive community for Deputy General Counsels. Co-founding Hexagon Wireless, Abhishek holds the positions of Vice President of Operations and General Counsel since February 2022. Previous experience includes an associate role at Tyr LLP from April 2020 to February 2022, and associate positions at Henein Hutchison LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP from June 2019 to February 2022 and July 2017 to June 2019, respectively, focusing on litigation and international arbitration. Abhishek completed a Juris Doctor (J.D.) at York University's Osgoode Hall Law School (2014-2017) and obtained an Honours B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto (2010-2014).
