Outreach Coordinator at Wayfinder

riginally from Phoenix, Arizona, Jacqueline is passionate about empowering educators in building communities that propel student learning.

Jacqueline began her career as an Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) teaching fellow in Austin, Texas, where she taught third grade. With a growing passion for education, she continued as a 4th grade teacher in Phoenix, Arizona. She made her classroom an inclusive environment centered on providing students with equitable learning experiences. After seeing the need to provide teachers and students with tools to facilitate their growth, Jacqueline made the transition out of the classroom and joined Swivl. There she partnered with educators to implement video coaching tools to make meaningful connections that foster growth. She collaborated directly with teachers and key stakeholders from early childhood, K12, and higher education by equipping them with training and guidance to support equity within all classrooms. Jacqueline comes to Wayfinder with a desire to continue to advocate for transformative learning environments!

Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish from Saint Mary’s College and a Master of Education degree in Elementary Education from the University of Notre Dame. In her free time she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and hiking with her husband and their basset hound.
