Maura Palandro

Maura Palandro is an accomplished professional with a strong background in customer success and user experience research. Currently serving as an Associate UX Researcher at Wayflyer since September 2021, Maura has also held multiple roles within the company, including Customer Success Manager and Senior Customer Success Associate. Prior to joining Wayflyer, Maura worked as a Customer Experience Manager at ServTrax from July 2020 to September 2021. Maura holds a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute and a degree in Political Science from Kennesaw State University.
