Cody Caudill

Cody Caudill currently serves as the Lead of Enablement and Strategic Initiatives at Wayground, where responsibilities include overseeing customer-facing enablement, sales engineering, and go-to-market strategy, while also supporting key product launches and B2B partnerships. Prior to this role, Cody was the Manager of Business Development at Newsela, leading efforts to streamline revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships. Previous roles included managing curricular solution architects and providing instructional support, as well as sales and marketing management at Globalyceum, where an impressive market share growth was achieved. Early career experiences included sales at Pearson Education and educational roles at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and California State University, Chico. Cody holds a Master of Arts in Writing Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education.
