Umar Abdul Aziz

Umar Abdul Aziz possesses extensive experience in the fields of digital society and government affairs. As a Growth Manager for Quizizz from February 2020 to August 2021, Umar focused on expanding the company's presence in Southeast Asia. Prior to this, as the Indonesia Country Representative for the Center for Digital Society (CfDS) from May 2017 to June 2019, Umar specialized in advocating digital policy by leading communications with various government entities and collaborating with multinational technology firms. Additionally, Umar contributed to academic and policy discourse as a Research Associate and managed events related to digital society issues as an Event and Training Manager at CfDS. Umar holds a Master of Science in Digital Society from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
