Richard Wade has over 25 years of work experience. Richard began their career in 1993 as an Engineer at David Brown Gear Systems Limited. In 2002, they moved to Cummins Inc. as a Project Engineer. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Cameron in various roles, including Proposals Engineer (Controls), Project Coordinator, and Reliability Engineer. In 2011, they began working at Husky Energy as a Project Coordinator and at TOTAL E&P NORGE AS as a MC and Test Coordinator. In 2012, they moved to CNRL as an MC Engineer and on-site coordinator. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Lead Product Support Engineer at FMC Kongsberg Subsea. Since 2019, they have been the Facilities and Project Manager at Wayland Additive.

Richard Wade attended The University of Huddersfield, where they obtained an HND in Mechanical Engineering (Design). Richard also attended the RAF.
