Waymakers
Richard Kuo serves as the Founder and Executive Director of You Matter Global Movement, leading collaborations with over 100 organizations to design impactful programming for diverse communities, reaching more than 250,000 individuals across the United States. As a Mental Health Specialist at Waymakers, Richard manages a crisis residential program for transitional age youth while facilitating life skills and educational coaching. In addition to an extensive coaching practice, Richard has experience as a Presenter for the PLUS ME project and held various roles in the entertainment industry, including Analyst at Sony Pictures Entertainment and Coordinator at NBCUniversal, where strong organizational and communication skills were demonstrated. Richard holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and HR Management from the University of California, Riverside.
