Rachael Edelson

Rachael Edelson serves as a Partner Success Manager at Waymark since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rachael worked at Mathematica from July 2020 to July 2025 as a Researcher, focusing on high-performing participants in CMMI models and evaluating care delivery strategies in value-based care. Rachael also held the position of Health Analyst, specializing in Medicare and Medicaid demonstration models and primary care redesign. As a Research Associate at the Health Initiative from October 2022 to January 2025, Rachael collaborated with healthcare institutions to promote community health investments. Rachael's experience includes serving as a Health Equity Fellow at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where qualitative research informed Medicaid transformation strategies. Rachael holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from Boston University, excelling in public health, health science, and human physiology.
