Alana Riashi

Alana Riashi is an experienced program manager currently leading Software Quality Operations at Waymo since June 2021. Prior to this role, Alana served as a Business Operations Manager on the Ops Excellence Team at Opendoor from May 2016 to June 2021, where responsibilities included collaborating with Sales and Customer Experience leaders to enhance systems and operations. Alana's tenure at Opendoor also encompassed roles as Regional Manager and Manager in Customer Experience, overseeing significant teams and transactions while fostering cultural growth within the organization. Earlier in the career, Alana gained project management and recruitment experience at Govig & Associates from August 2012 to May 2016. Alana holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Grand Valley State University, completed in 2012.
