Bruce Berrol

Bruce Berrol is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in employee relations, HR policy, and compliance in fast-growing, multi-country environments. Currently serving as Head of People Relations at Waymo since October 2022, Bruce previously held the position of Global Head of Employee Relations and HR Compliance at Snap Inc., where innovative and culturally aligned strategies were implemented. Prior roles at Wells Fargo included leadership in global HR policy and employee relations, where notable achievements included the establishment of the first dedicated international HR team and the introduction of the employee relations COE model. Earlier career experiences included roles at mPower, the Pacific Stock Exchange, and as a Public Affairs Fellow at Coro Southern California. Bruce holds a B.A. in English from UCLA and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
