Robert Ellis

Robert Ellis is currently the Vehicle Chief Engineer at Waymo. Robert was previously with Google[X] from February 2014 to December 2016, where they supported self-driving car activities. Prior to that, they were with Ricardo from August 1998 to February 2014, where they were the Business Unit Director for Vehicle Engineering. Robert also spent time with the Ford Motor Company from June 1995 to July 1998 as an engineer. Robert has been instrumental in the development of self-driving cars and has a wealth of experience in the automotive industry.
