Wei Huang is a software engineer and manager with extensive experience in machine learning and data infrastructure. Currently at Waymo since December 2019, Wei focuses on machine learning data, labeling, and metrics infrastructure. Prior experience includes a tenure at Google from August 2010 to December 2019, where responsibilities encompassed machine learning data infrastructure and performance tuning for Google Web Servers. As a member of the technical staff at VMware from August 2008 to August 2010, Wei contributed to research and prototypes for network I/O performance and Java memory management in virtual machines.
