Wes Stecker

Wes Stecker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and program management, currently serving as the Validations Strategy & Operations Program Manager at Waymo since November 2017. Previous roles at Waymo include Local Operations Lead and Program Manager across various capacities. Prior to Waymo, Wes worked at Adecco as an Autonomous Vehicle Operator, ensuring the safety of autonomous vehicle testing. Additional leadership experience includes managing community and mission processes at Missio Dei Communities and Lake Pointe Church, where Wes oversaw development initiatives across multiple campuses. Wes began a career in education as a Teacher and Coach with Garland Independent School District and contributed to fundraising efforts at the University of Oklahoma. Wes holds a Master Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University, a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a B.A. in History from the University of Oklahoma.
