Revelyn Purificacion, RN, BSN is an experienced nurse who has held various positions in different healthcare facilities. Currently working at The Wayne Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation as an MDS Nurse, prior to this, Revelyn worked at Crown Heights Center for Nursing and Rehab as an MDS Assessor, and Isabella Geriatric Center as a Charge Nurse. Revelyn also has experience as a Case Manager/CMQA - Subject Matter Expert at Medicall and as a Senior Operational Trainer at UnitedHealthcare specializing in Census Data Unit and inpatient Care management.
