Karen McCants

Karen McCants has extensive experience in various roles focused on operations, customer relations, and marketing. Currently serving as a Campus Operations Associate and Employer Engagement Customer Relations Supervisor at Wayne County Community College District since January 2009, Karen excels in building relationships with the public and managing operations at the Regional Training Center. As the Business Owner and Project Manager for Kjmpromoting since 1990, Karen specializes in custom clothing and personal shopping. Previously, a Product Specialist at General Motors from August 1995 to January 2009, Karen promoted the Cadillac brand at auto shows across the country. Educationally, Karen is pursuing an MBA at the University of Phoenix and holds both a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing and Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science in General Sales, Merchandising and Related Marketing Operations.
