Michael Poole

Michael Poole serves as the Executive Dean of Business, Industry and Technology at Wayne County Community College District, a position held since 2004. Responsibilities include multi-campus planning, budgeting, marketing, and evaluating both instructional and corporate contract training programs aimed at supporting post-secondary and workforce education. Prior to this role, Michael Poole was a District Sales Manager at MCI Worldcom from 1997 to 2004, overseeing global sales for major accounts such as AT&T and Ford Motor Company. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership at Kansas State University, Michael Poole holds a Master's Degree in International Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business from Ferris State University.
