Shelton Monger

Shelton Monger is the current VP, Information Services/CIO at Wayne HealthCare. Shelton has over 15 years of experience in the IT field.

Shelton started their career in August 2003 at CDO Technologies as the Infrastructure Services Manager. Shelton was responsible for leading a team of senior network engineers and overseeing the operations of a large data center. In this role, they also managed a variety of SLAs for on and off-campus customers.

In November 2009, Shelton joined Wayne HealthCare as the VP, Information Services/CIO. In this role, they are responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all information technology initiatives within the organization. Shelton also works closely with senior management to ensure that all IT projects are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.

Shelton Monger has a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
