Terri Flood

Terri Flood is the Vice President of Business Development at Wayne HealthCare. Terri has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in account management and executive positions.

Flood began their career as a customer service representative at Capuano Insurance in 1995. Terri quickly rose through the ranks, becoming an account executive at Van Gilder Insurance Services in 1997 and then moving to NIA Group in 2002. In 2005, they became an account executive at Tannenbaum Harber.

In 2006, Flood began working for Mercury Insurance as a marketing representative. The following year, they joined Hays Companies as an assistant vice president. Terri remained with Hays until 2014 when they left to become a field agency portfolio manager at Foremost Insurance.

Flood left Foremost Insurance in 2015 to become a national accounts manager at Restaurant Programs of America. In 2017, they joined USI Insurance Services as an account manager. Terri has been with Wayne HealthCare since 2018.

Their manager is Wayne Deschambeau, President/CEO. Some of their coworkers include Jeff Subler - VP, Support Services, Kimberlee Freeman - VP, Patient Care Services/CNO, and Shelton Monger - VP, Information Services/CIO.
