Kim Beagan

Kim Beagan is a seasoned project administrator with extensive experience in managing large-scale design-build construction projects at Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Kim served as an assistant project manager at Home Maintenance Organization, overseeing maintenance and repair workflows for residential properties, and at The Marion Group LLC, where responsibilities included managing permitting processes and ensuring compliance with construction standards. With a solid foundation in project management acquired during a 20-year tenure at WS Development, leading marketing and sales initiatives for a substantial commercial real estate portfolio, Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bryant University.
