Patricia Alonzo

Patricia Alonzo is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. since October 2018, Patricia previously held the position of Human Resource Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from June 2008 to September 2018. In those roles, responsibilities included staffing, benefits, compensation, training, performance management, succession planning, FMLA, and employee relations. Prior to this, Patricia worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Contractor State License School from June 1995 to August 2003. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Johnson & Wales University and an Associate's degree in Business from the Community College of Rhode Island.
