Brian Puckett

Brian Puckett is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in welding and plant engineering. Currently serving as a Plant Engineer at Wayne Manufacturing since January 2023, Brian previously held the position of Welding Engineer at MIDWAY PRODUCTS GROUP, INC. from October 2012 to February 2023. Prior roles include Welding Manager and Welding Engineer at Wayne Manufacturing LLC and Mayer Stamping, respectively. Brian's expertise encompasses programming Fanuc robots, training procedure documentation, hiring for the welding department, and implementing preventative maintenance programs, along with the preparation of efficiency and scrap reports. Brian completed education at Columbia City Joint High School.
